What is real estate crowdlending?

Real estate crowdlending is a format in which several people contribute small amounts to collectively fund projects linked to real estate. Unlike buying a whole apartment, this scheme focuses on participating in loans or instruments that are backed by real assets.

At Capitalnetworkmk we do not sell financial products or offer returns: we gather explanations, examples, and comparisons so that any reader in Mexico can understand the terms, the actors involved, and the specifics of the residential, industrial, and commercial fields.

Our goal is that, after browsing the site, terms such as collateral, appreciation, loan-to-value, timelines, vertical housing, or industrial parks become easy to recognize and to talk about.
