This Privacy Notice describes how Capitalnetworkmk S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Capitalnetworkmk", "we") processes personal data received through capitalnetworkmk.com, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines in force in 2026.

The controller is Capitalnetworkmk S.A.P.I. de C.V., based at Paseo de la Reforma 483, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico City. For any inquiry you may write to hola@capitalnetworkmk.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share through the contact form: name, email address, and the message you write. We do not request official IDs, financial data, or sensitive information.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to your message, clarify questions about the published content, and, where applicable, add you to an internal list of people who asked about a specific editorial topic. We do not perform automated profiling or take decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. Transfers
We do not share your data with third parties outside the editorial team. Only certain infrastructure providers (email and hosting) located in Mexico, the United States, and the European Union may access the information as processors, under contractual obligations equivalent to this notice.
5. ARCO rights and withdrawal
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@capitalnetworkmk.com with the subject "ARCO rights". We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.

The site uses cookies as detailed in the Cookie Policy. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with denied-by-default settings; no data is sent to analytics or advertising services without your explicit authorization.
